Hello!

This is a CVS patch request.

Type: bug

Branch: TYPO3_4-0

Description: typo3 incorrectly generates URLs for Latvian and Lithuanian
languages when using RealURL and simulateStaticDocuments. It replaces ā,
ē, ū, ī with aa, ee, uu, ii while it should be just a, e, u, i. Double
versions sometimes used in e-mails and chats to show "long" version of
corresponding letter but they are never used in URL addresses.

Solution: modify Translit.txt to remove unnecessary doubling.

FAQ:
Q: Will it cause problems with simulateStatic?
A: No, simulateStatic does not care about title
Q: Will it cause problems with RealURL?
A: If encode and decode caches are enabled, it will not. If the are
disabled and there were no page alias defined, URLs may change. After a
long search I found only a few Latvian sites that use realurl (and they
all belong to me), so no harm is expected.

Dmitry.
