[TYPO3-core] Better division of BE bugs in mantis

Hi bug-hunters.

Currently we have 614 bugs unresolved bug in the tracker for the core project. 
Now those 614 bugs are divided into three categories:
 Backend
 Frontend
 Install Tool
 (other)

Obviously this doesn't help much. I would love to have a category for EM bugs, 
and one for DBAL bugs present in the core itself. What would you need?

Please extend this list as you see fit:
 ----
 Extension Manager
 Database API
 ???
 ----

If we agree on a list, I'll add those categories and everyone can (re-)assign 
bugs to them. Of course we can add categories later on, too. The crucial 
issue is to find categories that make sense, without splitting too much.
