[TYPO3-core] Beta3 prerelease - please test

True, it has been present like b) from below in older versions.

I leave this open for discussion. Should I add typo3_src, and where should
it point to?

a) don't add it
b) add it, point to typo3_src-<version>
c) add it, point to ../typo3_src-<version>

I think all cases will require that certain people need to change it. So
what is the best default?
