[TYPO3-core] Beta3 prerelease - please test

Hello,

I have now copied the CC_Debug extension to
ftp://story-castle.net/httpdocs/test4/typo3conf/ext .
Then I have activated in the EM to use not supported extensions.

Then I want to install it and get the error message:


      Dependency Error

The running PHP version () is lower than required (3.0.0)
