[TYPO3-core] EM doesn't show available, non-installed extensions

Already notified Karsten, but can anyone confirm that our recent CVS  
version doesn't list the available, but non-installed extensions? I  
didn't care to look for the reason since I expect it to be a simple  
blunder from Karstens recent work on EM.
