[TYPO3-core] Beta3 prerelease - please test

Hi all,

since nobody replied to my "next steps" mail yesterday, I suppose that
everybody agrees with it.

I have now uploaded a pre-release of beta3 and I would like you to have a
look at it: http://www.mstucki.net/files/typo3/prereleases/

Do you agree with the symlinks, where they point to, etc.? Please have a
look at the new dummy skeleton as well.
