[TYPO3-core] RFC: removing symlinks

It looks like all of you agreed on removing the symlinks.

All changes works well so far and I hope to finish the stuff today. When I'm 
done after a little more testing I will commit the stuff with a description 
what I have done.

Of course I cannot guarantee that all works flawless after the transition, but 
I think the whole stuff will work like before when using symlinks again, so 
code changes are not needed again.
