Peter Kühn fixed this one:
"on versioning of a page all records that are copied along with it (configured 
as 'versioning_followPages') loose their mm-relations"

I haven't tested it but Peter digged into the code for a whole day and in fact 
$this->dbAnalysisStoreExec(); needs to be called to fix relations when 
copying mm thingies. So I think it's fine.
