[TYPO3-core] RFC: Add possibility to clear cache_imagesizes in the Install Tool

I agree but have no time to do this now. Suggestion is to commit the
existing patch (attached again) and change the whole thing at a later step
(install tool cleanup/rewrite is needed anyway...)
