[TYPO3-core] t3lib_div::encodeHeader: encoded word in subject header should not contain non-encoded space

Type: Bugfix

Description: This patch corrects a problem in subject headers when (QP)-encoded by t3lib_div::encodeHeader. RFC 2047 requires that encoded word in Subject header should not contain non-encoded space. This is also true of Comments headers, but I assume we are not using those.
