[TYPO3-core] RFC: alphabetically sorted TS tree in TS Object Browser

...and, guess what, Ingo wrote a new version of the patch:

  * adds a checkbox to the TSOB below the option for cropping the lines
  * adds a checkbox to the pageTS browser in the info module
  * does NOT add a checkbox in the user admin sub module under tools as
    it propably doesn't make sense when viewing user TS there
  * does NOT add a checkbox in the page TS insert wizard as it doesn't
    change anything
  * all these TS trees are sorted alphabetically, but can be turned off
    when checkbox present
