I don't care much, but if I remeber right the decision we made on T3DD was:
At least 2 votes are needed for the voting to be valid, but the majority
of votes within the whole voting phase counts.

That's different to "we need at least 2 yes".

Considering that the core-team might grow in the future, I think
majority vote is the way to go.
