[TYPO3-core] RFC: enhancement to page tree in multidomain environment

Hi!

This is a SVN patch request.

Branch: trunk

Problem: if home pages of the site have the same name (say, "Home") and 
there are many such sites in the page tree, it is hard to distinguish 
between different sites (they all look the same in the tree).

Solution: display domain name of the site next to page title if (1) page 
has is_siteroot set and (2) has domain record and (3) User TSConfig has 
"options.pageTree.showDomainNameWithTitle" set to 1 (in fact, anything 
that evaluates to true). You can see a screenshot of how it looks like 
on a live web site: [1] (limited time only!). I had to modify 
t3lib_browsetree (not alt_db_navframe) because I wanted to show domain 
name in RTE too. But so far it did not cause any problems.

Requires: TSConfig doc update! I will send appropriate text to Michael 
if patch is approved.

Patch is tested in the live environment.
