[TYPO3-core] Five patches a day keep the bugs out of way

Hi folks,

I have collected a bunch of fixes which I'm going to post here during the next 
few days. Please have a little look at them, also notice that all of them 
were already tested by myself & in most cases have been confirmed by people 
in the bugtracker.

I will send the next five patches out of 20 in total tomorrow.
