[TYPO3-core] RFC: Bug 3990: disableTabInTextarea not respected

This is a SVN patch request.

Problem:
Apparently the $BE_USER property "disableTabInTextarea" is not working.

Solution:
Change $BE_USER to $GLOBALS['BE_USER']
