[TYPO3-core] RFC: Bug 3922: conig.spamProtectEmailAddresses doesn't respect config.removeDefaultJS

This is a SVN patch request.

Problem:
See subject: When using "config.removeDefaultJS = external", the email address 
encryption/decryption code is not being outsourced.

Solution:
Move the code from $TSFE->additionalJavaScript to $_scriptCode which is 
outsourced correctly.

Comments:
- The solution works but is probably not so clean because
  $TSFE->additionalJavaScript is still not written to an external resource.
- Thanks to Benjamin Mack for submitting this patch.
