[TYPO3-core] FYI: Committed bugfix: Records disappearing in Web->List module localizationView

Hi guys,

I just committed a fix to the bug http://bugs.typo3.org/view.php?id=4013
which Sebastian and me worked on during T3DD06.

The Web->List module has a "localization view" that shows translations
of a record indented after the original record if record-localization is
enabled for that table (e.g. tt_news).

Problem was:
When you had the "localization view" enabled and created a record in a
non-default language, the record was not displayed at all.

Solution:
The committed patch changes the behavior so on the first level of the
localization-view all default-language-records as well as all records
with no relation to a default-language-record are shown.
