[TYPO3-core] RFC: re-introducing CaptionSplit for the sake ofbackwards compatibility

This patch only brings back the processing code for captionSplit.cObject and friends. What it does not do is to add the necessary TS code.

There used to be a TEXT cObject and a stdWrap attached to captionSplit.

So folks would still have to change their TS setup.
