[TYPO3-core] Documentation for 4.0

Hi folks,

I have finished the pending documentation changes and published the new core 
documents for TYPO3 4.0 at [1]. This is just a preview and of course the 
final versions will be published at typo3.org again.

There is some stuff pending from Martin (you got a mail from me) and Sebastian 
(CSS styled imgtext changes) which needs to be added before releasing the 
final versions.

Additionally, I found a change by Bernhard [2] which requires documentation 
changes which I didn't get yet. Please send me those parts asap!

Other than that, I would like you to have a look at the documents and check if 
there's anything missing (I guess there is not!) and let me know.
