[TYPO3-core] bug 2868 revisited

Hi,

This is a CVS patch request.

Problem:
The admin panel doesn't remember the page id since the patch for bug 2868 was 
applied.
Steps to reproduce: Open one of the adminpanel sections e.g. "info" and browse 
to a page on your site. The close the "info" section or the complete 
adminpanel with the +/- button. You'll be redirected to the rootpage of your 
website because the GETvar id is missing in the URL.
