[TYPO3-core] CVS status update

Hi Andreas,

I can now update from CVS, but I still cannot commit. However I'm not sure
if that is expected according to their text, I simply don't understand what
they mean...

Can you please have a look at it and confirm that my guess is right? (Just
change a line inside misc/ which is not affected by my pending patch...)
