If you have CSC installed "local" it will overrule the new "sysext" CSC (csc hasn't been a sysext before).

for all those having no CSC installed at all (which was my case) you normally just click "+" in the EM
and install the available - which is the newest - as sysext.

I had to install the old-one manually because of the mentioned htmldoc restrictions to "no-css".
