[TYPO3-core] Kasper's changes for rc3

Hi guys,

as you might have noticed on typo3.org, Kasper is currently busy with
the release of Baby Skårhøj version 1.0 :-)

Because he's in hospital and won't return earlier than Monday, he has
asked me to make a patch from his source tarball to get his changes into
rc3 as well.

So here's the patch, have a quick look over it, it'll go into rc3 as well.
