[TYPO3-core] Gremlin #1625: Create an icon for the "not in menu"pages

Do you have a good reason for keeping doktype 5?

This is not a hack, it's just the first step of two:
- In 4.0 we just disable doktype 5. It works but can't be chosen anymore.
- At a later time, we remove it completely.

What's wrong with this?
