[TYPO3-core] Gremlin #1592: Show webpage (magnifying glass) opens a new browser without all the toolbars

Solution:

This cannot be changed as long as the page is openend through a JavaScript
function. However I found out that there is a new (unofficial?) property
for displaying the "links" toolbar. It seems this is supported by Mozilla
and IE, and it doesn't conflict with any other browsers.
