[TYPO3-core] Bug #1703: Date fields: default is tomorrow instead of today.

Problem:
Check the checkmark next to a date field, then tomorrow's date is
inserted.

Solution:
change date to today's date

Comments:
while tomorrow's date might make sense in certain circumstances (enddate
of a page), it is much more logical to insert today's date when checking
the checkbox.
