Even if the popup works or not, but the website owner seems to have a reason 
for opening this in a new page.

I suppose that if Javascript will work, the additional target isn't opened 
anymore?

If the above is true, then I'm supporting the target attribute. Just make sure 
that there won't be two additional windows...
