This is a CVS patch request

Type: New Feature

Branch: HEAD

In CVS in many places output depends on the doctype. We currently know only about a few valid types, but a user may use any valid. Since TYPO3 only cares about the XHTML-part this patch proposes a new TS-config variable config.xhtmlDoctype which default to config.doctype, but can be set independently.

The patch is a bit odd to read, but what happens is that the setting of the html attributes is placed after the detection of config.xhtmlDoctype.

This patch only introduces this variable. All current checks against config.doctype have to be changed in other patches!

PS: The patch also adds support for XHTML Basic just for the fun of it.
