[TYPO3-core] Document hooks? (was: New hooks in TCEmain -> moveRecord)

I think this is the biggest point, the extension writer first has to
understand the existing core code anyways and then he'll find the hook.

Documenting hooks is a lot of work which doesn't help too much I think.
Maybe an autogenerated list of hooks would be nice, but not really
needed as well I think.

Anyways, adding a passage to the "hooks" section named "how to find
hooks" may be a good idea.
