[TYPO3-core] Gremlin #1573: Admin user is logged out on testingbeuser settings

Hi,
I just checked it again, and implementing a general checkbox is quite
difficult and would involve some javascript as well, and I think this
would make it unnecessarily complicated. The new solution implements a
new button next to the old SU button on a red background, I think this
is even better for the admin, because he concionsly has to click onto
this button.
