I don't feel the same, but anyway.

Without actually testing the code looks good, and I don't mind that options.noChangeAlertInTypeFields goes away. Still some might want to wait for 5.0 to remove it.

Not really a problem but I notice that you've used several different methods of removing the JS confirms. Looks a bit inconsistent.
