[TYPO3-core] Gremlin #1081: hardcoded <p> tags inside table cells

User writes:

there are hardcoded <p>-Tags inside all table cells in CSS styled
content.

Solution:

the p-tags are removed.

Notes:

what was the initial reason to do this hard-coded wrapping?

ChangeLog:
By default, there are no <p>-Tags inside <td>-Tags anymore. If you need
this, activate it again with
tt_content.table.20.innerStdWrap.wrap = <p>|</p>
