[TYPO3-core] Gremlin #1706: RTE misses "save + close" button if the button "edit in RTE" is used

User writes:

In Web > List, click on the "Edit in RTE" button for a content element.
The "save and close" button should be there next to the save button, the
close button and the "save and view" button, but it is missing. It
should be there.

Solution:

- add "Save and close" button to RTE wizard.
