[TYPO3-core] Gremlin #1625: Create an icon for the "not in menu"pages

Hi Martin,

sorry for repeating my own mails, but it seems that nobody has answered to
my questions during the last week.

Do you agree that my change is the correct solution to get rid of doktype 5?
