[TYPO3-core] RFC #2132: Error on moving lost records

Description:
DB check module - Record Statistics - Clicking Exclamation Icon (Click
to move this lost record ....) gives this error: 
Fatal error: Cannot instantiate non-existent class: admin_int
in /home/httpd/typo3_src-4.0beta1/t3lib/class.t3lib_div.php on line 3586

Solution:
instanciate t3lib_admin. This is correct and works as expected. See
attached patch.
