[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed workspace bug

Hi,
I already contacted Kasper privately about the issue and so I patch it
now before beta1. 

The patch is in CVS.

I have found some issue related to workspaces, I discovered the problem
when I switched on "show hidden pages/content elements" in the admin
panel. When doing this, the deleted pages are shown in the pagetree as
well!

Description:
t3lib_pageselect::init _empties_ $this->where_hid_del when versioning preview is switched on

Solution: set it to the deleted clause.
