[TYPO3-core] tstemplate_* moved to TYPO3core

FYI: I just moved tstemplate_* (except tstemplate_styler) into TYPO3core.

Things to be discussed:

- I think it makes sense to merge these extensions into one large "tstemplate"
  => Who wants to do that?

- Also notice the ChangeLog files in each extension directory. Shouldn't we
  better stop separate ChangeLog files for each sysext? Currently we have
  ChangeLogs for tstemplate_*, install and indexed_search.
