[TYPO3-core] RFC: bug in befunc::getProcessedValues, when looking up MM-relations to the same table

Description:
The function getProcessedValues in befunc, which is used to resolve the value 
of relations in tables for display, fails to fetch the correct the values if 
the relation is an MM to the same table.

 Also the MM resolving of values does not honor the parameter $noRecordLookup, 
which should return the uid rather than the 'title'. Actually it could be 
discussed if the this is the right behavoiur, taking the name of the variable 
into account, but I think it is the one that makes most sense, since the 
function can then be used to resolve relations to use in links etc.

The patch fixes these two issues.
