[TYPO3-core] Gremlin #1690: nav_frame is sometimes out of sync with the selected page

The title says it all. You can try this by visiting the Web->List module,
then select a new page, but select it in the _right_ frame.

The problem is that the nav_frame is not being refreshed after such actions.

The patch adds a new parameter "currentBank" to the top JS object
(top.fsMod). The "bank" is a special ID of the DB or File mount that is
currently selected.

This is needed if you have more than one "bank" - or mount points - to find
out in which mount point the highlight should be changed.
