[TYPO3-core] doctye and xhtmlDoctype docs

Hi Martin,

finally I'm working on TSref and incorporating all changes from the core
list.

done

> xhtmlDoctype

done, BUT:

Is it correct that the ">" is on a single line? Shouldn't it be on the line
above?

| config.xhtmlDoctype = xhtlm_11
