[TYPO3-team-core-v5] Work Package Listing -- Feedback needed

Hello again

Since all attempts at communicating has failed miserably, I took the matter in to my own hands after I finally found some time for it.

Currently I have two different designs and would like some feedback on which direction we should proceed in and do the finalisation of the design.

A (orange top):

Parts of the two can of course be combined. Personally I prefer version B.
