[TYPO3-team-core-v5] Travel cost reimbursement for T3CON12DE

Hi.

This is how travel costs for T3CON12DE can be reimbursed:

* send an invoice to me as usual (I'll forward)
* use project account 4005 (!)
* not more than 800,- EUR per person

The cap results in the following estimate:

* 2 nights in double room, 45,- EUR each
* travel costs of 250,- EUR
* core team member ticket costs

Since most of you had a speaker ticket, you may get more of your other expenses back, we trust you use common sense in minimizing costs anyway (no president's suite or first class flights)…
