✔ implemented surf deployment and documentation rendering for neos.typo3.org and flow.typo3.org

➜ set up integration server for flow.typo3.org

✔ Worked some on introducing Doctrine Extensions (Doctrine EntityAudit)
✔ Found some juicy problems between Debug.Toolbar and Plumber
♫ Those problems are nicely fixed now by Marc ;)

✔ Some Mailing List support
✔/➜ Looked quickly into Translation Support in Doctrine and PHPCR
➜ Content Editing fixes

✔ added Logging module to Debug.Toolbar
✔ added basic Form module to show definition of rendered form in Debug.Toolbar
✔ continued to work on expose to fix the styling and ux of inline-editing
✔ created a package to use the PHP-Error Exception Handler

✔ tracked down error in Symfony Julle had fixed and that Fabien broke again

✔ created / updated content backup jobs for Neos and Flow sites

✔ Streamlined method signatures in package-creation
