[TYPO3-team-core-v5] Reverted change to TYPO3.DocTools

Hi.

I just reverted (https://review.typo3.org/11224) a change to TYPO3.DocTools done by Sebastian.

Not because of the commit message (lacking square brackets) but because it broke the flow3.org website distribution.

PHP Fatal error:  Interface 'TYPO3\Queue\Job\JobInterface' not found in /var/www/integration.flow3org.typo3.robertlemke.net/releases/20120515182018/Packages/Application/TYPO3.DocTools/Classes/Job/DocumentationRenderJob.php on line 17

The integration CI job failed precisely since the merge of https://review.typo3.org/11186 - "so geht es nicht, meine Herren".
