[TYPO3-team-core-v5] Phoenix Sprint July -- Tasks and working mode

Hey my fellow team members,

yesterday after daily scrum, we did a sprint planning for the month of
July concerning Phoenix.

After defining the high-level sprint goals yesterday, we took some time
thinking about a working mode which hopefully gives us a good overview
about the current state. As none of us has this overview in Jira
currently and Robert (who might be able to help there) is on holidays,
we'll try the following: For this sprint, we'll try to use an EtherPad
document for tracking the sprint progress:

I've added all the stories there and some general working guidelines --
would be great if you could check the document, ask me if there are any
questions and add tasks to stories whereever needed.

Let's get some work done together, bringing us closer to a Phoenix
launch :-)
