Yes. When we decided to give it a try during T3BOARD the setup of the new machine including Jira was done in under an hour (thanks to JiffiyBox and Puppet) and none of the server team had to be bothered. They got enough stuff to do.

Oh, and we didn't know how it would turn out. So no reason to push other people to do something.

All in all: no bad intentions.
