✔ Investigated and prototyped Composer integration
✔ Started implementing ComposerInstaller for FLOW3
ⓘ We will probably not be able to serve FLOW3 packages for general composer use without our own
    installer. But most packages will probably not make sense without FLOW3 anyway

ⓘ Will be on holidays all of July, but might do some work once in a while
