[TYPO3-team-core-v5] [ANN] New time for daily scrum meetings

Hi all,

as you probably all know we currently do our daily scrum meetings at 
11.30 am CET on Google hangout. This time turned out to be a blocker for 
some people, so we're trying to find a new time.

I set up a quick voting for a possible new time:

Note: This is just an attempt to get general feedback, the result of the 
voting is not definite.

Note²: Todays scrum meeting will take place at 2pm CET (8 am EDT).
