Hi Thomas,

at least we would like to know before and of course people who want to 
attend should have some knowledge about FLOW3/Phoenix already. We can 
give out tasks but we won't have much time for introducing someone into 
the stuff. Anyone who is fine with that is gladly welcome to help us 
out. Just tell us so we can include that in our planning for the venue.

And sorry for taking so long to answer, that's also why I copy the reply 
to your email, so you notice it :)
