1.1 two months after 1.0 seems a bit tough to me, especially in the 
end-of-year rush. But apart from that the dates look good to me!

My smartphone reminds me of the "Phoenix-Meeting" once a week.
IMO we should really do those as regular as the daylies and also 
streamline the workflows again (now we have forge, jira, and notes it 
seems).
